Cranberry Wheat Pancakes

No preservatives or anything artificial.  These have an amazing taste & texture!!!

NEEDED TO COMPLETE 5 SERVINGS:  (Bag will make 10 servings.)

 Egg - 1, beaten                  Vegetable Oil - 3 Tbl.

                          Milk - 1 1/4 C.                     

Pancake Mix - 2 C. (1/2 this bag)

Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat.

Pour pancake mix into a large bowl and stir to combine completely.  Measure the 2 cups Pancake Mix needed into another large bowl.  Return remaining mix to bag for next use -or- double all ingredients to use entire bag.  In a small bowl, beat together egg and oil.  Add to pancake mix alternating with the milk.  Mix thoroughly, creating a batter.  Pour batter, 1/4 cup at a time, onto prepared griddle.  Cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping when the surface begins to bubble.   1 Serving = 2 pancakes.

TO PREPARE THE ENTIRE BAG -10 servings - Double all the NEEDED TO COMPLETE ingredients.    Pancakes freeze well.  Allow to cool completely and then layer between sheets of wax paper; place in freeer bag or container and freeze for up to one month.  Reheat in toaster or microwave.

Ingredients: Whole-grain flour, Craisins, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.
