Cheese Potato Soup

Quick & delicious anytime!!!

NEEDED TO COMPLETE:

 Water - 5 C.   

  Herbed Croutons & Shredded Cheese (optional)                          

  Bring water to a boil in large saucepan over high heat.  Whisk in contents of bag.  Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.  Add additional water 1/2 cup at a time, to reach desired consistency.  Serve with shredded cheese, if desired.  Makes 5-6 servings. 

This soup pairs nicely with my Oregano Cheese or Country White Bread.   

Ingredients:  potato flakes, non-dairy creamer, cheddar cheese powder, chives, low-fat/low-sodium chicken bouillon, dry mustard, white pepper, butter sprinkles, tumeric.

ALSO AVAILABLE IN Single Size:     

  Boil 12 oz. of water in a mug or bowl.  Add contents of package and stir until thoroughly combined and smooth.   Add additional water to desired consistency.
