Not too "gingery", this soft cookie is made in part with whole-grain flour. Very popular and easily my personal favorite.
NEEDED TO COMPLETE:
1/2 C. & 3 Tbl. - Butter, softened
5 Tbl. - Molasses
2 - Eggs
3/4 tsp. - Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, creamy butter until fluffy; add molasses, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour contents of cookie mix into creamed mixture; stir together until completely combined. Make balls out of a rounded teaspoon worth of dough, dip top in sanding sugar (included); place on cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Makes approx. 5 dozen cookies.
Ingredients: all-purpose and whole-grain four, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
