Skillet Lasagna

The fastest way to make lasagna.  The sauce is amazing!!!


1 lb. - Ground beef

1 (15 oz.) can - Tomato sauce

2 cups - Water

1 1/2 cups - Mozzarella cheese, grated 

In large skillet, brown beef and drain fat.  Add mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring until thickened.  Add additional water as needed until noodles are fully cooked.  Top with mozzarella cheese 5 minutes before serving. Turn off heat, stop stirring and allow cheese to melt.

This skillet meal pairs nicely with my Oregano Cheese Bread.  Add a salad and you've got dinner!!

Ingredients: Noodles, milk powder, parmesan cheese, cornstarch, beef bouillon, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, basil, pepper.
