A rich cookie made with whole-grain flour and oats, crunchy and loaded with chocolate chips.
NEEDED TO COMPLETE:
1/2 C. - Butter, softened
1 - Egg
1/2 tsp. - Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
Cream butter; add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pour contents of cookie mix into creamed mixture; stir together until completely combined. Drop by teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Makes approx. 3 dozen cookies.
