Cranberry Baked Oatmeal

 Quality ingredients/No preservatives.  A great way to start your day!!!

NEEDED TO COMPLETE:

  Milk* – 1 C.           Vanilla – 1 Tbl.           

 Oil* – 1/2 C.            Eggs* – 3

Addition as desired: 1/3 C. Walnuts or Pecans (chopped)

 **HEART HEALTHY - MAY USE SKIM MILK, EGG SUBSTITUTE AND APPLESAUCE IN PLACE OF OIL.**

  Beat eggs, oil (or applesauce) and vanilla until well blended.  Stir in the contents of package and mix completely.  Stir in milk and additional ingredients, as desired.  Note: may use skim milk & egg substitute.

  Pour into a greased 8 X 8 pan; bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes.

  Serve warm like coffee cake or crumble into a bowl and add milk.  Store tightly covered in refrigerator; warm in microwave.

Ingredients: Oats, Craisins, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt.   Also available without Craisins.
