Ground Beef Stroganoff

Have a made from scratch meal on the table in no time!!!


4 Cups - Water                    1 1/2 lbs. - Ground Beef

1 Cup - Sour cream (may use low-fat)


In large skillet, brown beef and drain fat. Add water and Stroganoff mix; stir to combine.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender.  Add additional water as needed to completely cook noodles.  Sauce will thicken as Stroganoff cools.   Top with sour cream and serve immediately.


Ingredients: egg noodles, milk powder, powdered creamer, cornstarch, beef bouillon, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley flakes, basil, pepper, thyme.
