Jambalaya

True New Orleans flavor!!!                                         Low-fat/Low-sodium.

NEEDED TO COMPLETE:

3 3/4 Cups Water

1 (8 oz.) can Tomato sauce

1 Cup Ham or smoked sausage, chopped into small pieces

1 Cup Baby Cooked Shrimp


In a large skillet, combine mix, water and tomato sauce and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to simmer; add ham/sausage & cook 20 more minutes.  Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes more.  Remove and discard bay leaf. 

 

Ingredients: Long-grain rice, minced onion, bell pepper flakes, parsley flakes, low-fat/low-sodium beef bouillon, garlic powder, pepper, crushed red pepper, thyme, bay leaf.
