NEEDED TO COMPLETE :
4 Eggs, beaten 1/2 C. Maple Syrup (100%)
2/3 C. Vegetable Oil
1 & 1/2 C. Water 2 Tbl. Maple Extract
Pancake Mix - Complete Bag
TO PREPARE:
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat. Pour pancake mix into a large bowl and stir to combine completely. In a small bowl, beat together oil, eggs, syrup & extract. Pour into the pancake mix, alternating with the water, and mix thoroughly, creating a batter. Allow batter to sit for 2-3 minutes to absorb the liquid. Pour batter, 1/4 cup at a time, onto the prepared griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping when the surface begins to bubble. To make 5 servings, measure out 2 1/4 C. mix and halve the other ingredients.
1 Serving = 2 Pancakes
Ingredients: whole-grain flour, oats, dry milk, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cream of tartar.
