Vegetable Rice Soup - Single Serving

1 cup - Boiling Water

Empty contents into a large mug.  Add boiling water; stir to combine.  Cook in microwave on Med. for 2 minutes.  Stir, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.  Stir and enjoy!!
