White Chocolate Cranberry Scones

No preservatives or anything artificial…only top quality ingredients.  No one can resist these soft & tender scones!!! 

NEEDED TO COMPLETE:

Butter - 1 stick, very cold           Honey - 1/3 C.

 Egg - 1 large                            Milk - 1/4 C.

Place scone mix in a large bowl.  Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs.  In small bowl, beat together honey, milk and egg; add to dry ingredients all at once and stir to combine.  Pat dough into an 8" circle (preferrably on parchment paper).  Cut into 8 wedges.  Place wedges 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheet.  Bake 12-14 minutes at 375* or until light golden color begins to appear.  Makes 8 large or 16 medium scones.  To make 16 medium scones, pat the dough into two circles, cutting each into 8 scones. 

Ingredients: flour (part whole-grain wheat), white chocolate chips, Craisins, baking powder, salt.
