Whole White Wheat Brownie

 

These brownies are amazing! This is easily one of my best sellers!!!  No preservatives or anything artificial. You WON'T taste the wheat, just the richness.
 
NEEDED TO COMPLETE:
 
Vegetable Oil- 1/2 cup          Eggs - 2

Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp            Water - 1 Tbl

 

 Pour brownie mix into a medium size bowl.  Beat together oil, eggs, vanilla and water; stir into brownie mix until completely combined. The better will be very thick.  Spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan.  Bake at 350° for 27-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted one inch from the center comes out clean.  Cool on wire rack.  

Yields 16-20 brownies. 

**White wheat comes from a soft, mild flavored grain.  It lends richness and in so doing allows me to reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe.  You won't taste the wheat or the reduction in sugar, just the awesome chocolaty goodness!! 

Ingredients: Whole white wheat flour, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips, Dutch  baking cocoa, baking powder, salt.
